Tricia is a certified Executive Coach with 25 years in leadership positions having reached the c-suite as only 1 of 2 female executives at the table.
Tricia Manning is a certified executive coach and has been a student of human behavior all of her life. At the age of 5 years old, her father was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and her mom became full-time caregiver and breadwinner. This early experience influenced Tricia’s values, beliefs and style as she rose through the ranks in corporate America to become 1 of only 2 women on the executive leadership team. In 2016, Tricia faced an unexpected health crisis. She made the difficult decision to end her corporate career but wasn’t ready to stop helping others. With a passion to grow strong leaders and fight for gender diversity in the boardroom, she began her own coaching practice.
Her unique corporate background gives her a clear understanding of the personal and professional challenges that senior business leaders face today. She brings real-life expertise around talent, culture and leadership to every coaching engagement and is committed to helping individuals, teams and organizations accelerate performance.
Tricia believes this can be done with authenticity and by staying true to personal values, beliefs, and leadership styles.

While participating in the Group Coaching Circle, I’ve found the sessions to quickly help me reach my potential while facing the fear of changing industries. Tricia’s lessons are empowering through motivational conversation, recommending incredible resources and helping to build the confidence necessary to have a winning attitude. Tricia is an inspiring coach with a wealth of knowledge and cultivates a culture that promotes valuable peer to peer learning in addition to the insights that we get directly from her.
I had the pleasure of serving with Tricia on an executive leadership team during a challenging time at our company. I watched her come onto a team faced with very tough choices and bring humanity, empathy and, importantly, the business case for never losing sight of the criticality of the human side of leadership. I learned from watching Tricia influence decisions, deliver results and grow and keep high performing teams that my notion of what successful leadership meant was missing a focus on the “heart” needed to elevate a leader from effective to inspirational. I now draw daily off of Tricia’s actions and counsel in leading my teams and I and my teams are all the better for it. I am thrilled that she has chosen to write this book to share her special wisdom with other leaders so many can benefit from her leadership legacy.
